SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING PROCESSING

  • Order Processing Time: All soapstone sculpture orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 5–7 additional business days for crafting.
  • Handling Notice: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Delivery Estimates: Times are approximate and depend on carrier performance, customs clearance (for international orders), and destination accessibility.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING RATES

  • Domestic (AU):
    • Orders over AUD $60: Free standard shipping.
    • Orders under AUD $100: Flat rate of AUD $10 for standard post, AUD $25 for express.
  • International:
    • Rates vary by destination and package weight (calculated at checkout).
    • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

SECTION 4 – TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • All orders (except standard post for domestic small packages) include a tracking number emailed to you once the order is shipped.
  • For international orders, track your package via the carrier’s website or through our order management system.

SECTION 5 – PACKAGING AND LIABILITY

  • Each soapstone sculpture is professionally packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Loss or Damage: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 5 business days of expected delivery to file a claim. We will coordinate with the carrier for resolution or provide a replacement/refund.

SECTION 6 – ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

  • Notify us immediately at enquiries@galrefep.com if you provide an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, a reshipping fee may apply.

SECTION 7 – DELAY DISCLAIMER

  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
